All vendors must check in at the registration table.


Each vendor is provided with at least a 6' table with  linen covering and 2 chairs.


Vendors understand that they are responsible for all needed display props. Volunteers will be present to direct vendors to their assigned area for set-up beginning an hour and thirty minutes prior to the event start time. Please do not arrive prior to 9 am for set up.

Your table assignment, with the name of your business, will be displayed on the respective table.  Vendors who arrive after the set up finish time forfeit pre-assigned booth location, including all fees, and will not be permitted to set up.

All vendors must be completely set up by 10:30 am, and remain set up and in place until the event's end time. 

Vendors will be allowed to proudly display company banner and signage to identify their business. Vendors will be able to sell their merchandise and are responsible for reporting sales tax.  

While event premises are being occupied under this agreement, Melinda Payne Events will provide no insurance; any insurance must be placed and paid by the exhibitor. I hereby relieve the management of the safekeeping of the property while said properties are at this event.

Each vendor's guest desiring to partake in the brunch must purchase their brunch at least two weeks prior to the event.
